Phoebe Eustance, head of research at Hospital Rooms, joins the artist-facilitators of Chapel Market Print Club to consider the impact of the project, share examples of creative interventions in mental health settings, and to discuss the value of art and shared creative experiences for people living with mental health difficulties.



Phoebe Eustance is an artist-researcher based in London. In 2022, they started a PhD at Birmingham School of Art and are a recipient of the Gertrude Aston Bowater PhD Award. They completed their MA (2016) in Research Architecture, Goldsmiths, and their BA (2013) in Fine Art, Leeds and Lisbon Universities. Alongside their own practice, Phoebe works with Hospital Rooms, an arts and mental health organisation, in curation and research. Recent works have been presented at South London Gallery (2020), 12th SAR International Artistic Research Conference (2021), Hospitalfield, Scotland (2021), A-Z Gallery, Berlin (2021) and Unlearning Temporalities symposium (2022).
